Clara Kuei-Yu Chang, O.D.

Dr. Chang is our sweet and lovely primary eye doctor. She manages and trains all our associate eye doctors.

Dr. Clara Kuei-Yu Chang attended Illinois College of Optometry and received her Doctorate in Optometry degree Cum Laude. She’s a proud Wolverine with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Dr. Chang strongly believes in preventive and wellness care to help her patients understand the importance of healthy eyes in maintaining perfect vision. She’s our in-house dry eye specialist and is particularly interested in disease management for glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and diabetic retinopathy. She manages and trains all our associate eye doctors.

In regards to music, she will deny any affinity to casual listening of the latest Korean pop bands and prefers discussing her love for beachy vacation destinations.

Vickie Bui, O.D.

Irvine Location

Dr. Vickie Bui was an Anteater from University of California, Irvine and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences. She attended Southern California College of Optometry for her Doctorate of Optometry. Her training included an emphasis on Primary Care and Ocular Disease through the Veteran’s Affair Hospital in Las Vegas and Walter Reed National Military Hospital. She is also passionate about specialty contact lenses with an emphasis on myopia control.

In her free time, she enjoys an iced matcha latte while crocheting or knitting with a Netflix TV show in the background.

Luke Lin, O.D.

El Cajon Location

Dr. Luke Lin graduated from University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Science degree in General Biology. He then went on to receive his Doctorate of Optometry degree from Southern California College of Optometry, now Marshall B. Ketchum University. His training included an emphasis in Ocular Disease and Primary Care through Naval Medical Center San Diego and VA West Los Angeles.

Millie Mei Liu, O.D., FAAO

Dr Liu graduated from UC San Diego with a degree in Physiology & Neuroscience, and Psychology. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Optometry from Western University and completed Residency with OC Retina medical group, where she continued as their staff optometrist for many years specializing in ocular disease. She was also a preceptor for 4th year optometry students. She has presented numerous continuing education lectures, posters and published papers. Dr Liu is an active member of AOA, COA, and OCOS where she currently serves on the board. She was named COA young optometrist of the year in 2020.
