Managing Optometrist
Irvine & El Cajon Location

Dr. Chang is our sweet and lovely primary eye doctor. She’s available to be seen every Saturday, Sunday, Monday to Tuesday’s.

Dr. Clara Kuei-Yu Chang attended Illinois College of Optometry and received her Doctorate in Optometry degree Cum Laude. She’s a proud Wolverine with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Dr. Chang strongly believes in preventive and wellness care to help her patients understand the importance of healthy eyes in maintaining perfect vision. She’s our in-house dry eye specialist and is particularly interested in disease management for glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and diabetic retinopathy.

In regards to music, she will deny any affinity to casual listening of the latest Korean pop bands and prefers discussing her love for beachy vacation destinations.

Optometrist
Irvine Location

Dr. Vickie Bui was an Anteater from University of California, Irvine and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences. She attended Southern California College of Optometry for her Doctorate of Optometry. Her training included an emphasis on Primary Care and Ocular Disease through the Veteran’s Affair Hospital in Las Vegas and Walter Reed National Military Hospital. She is also passionate about specialty contact lenses with an emphasis on myopia control.

In her free time, she enjoys an iced matcha latte while crocheting or knitting with a Netflix TV show in the background.

She’s available to be seen every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday’s.

Optometrist
El Cajon Location

Dr. Luke Lin graduated from University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Science degree in General Biology. He then went on to receive his Doctorate of Optometry degree from Southern California College of Optometry, now Marshall B. Ketchum University. His training included an emphasis in Ocular Disease and Primary Care through Naval Medical Center San Diego and VA West Los Angeles.

He sees patients Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays in our El Cajon office.

Optometrist
El Cajon Location

Dr. Vady Khalil has been a local to San Diego since 2008. He attended the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Biology. Dr. Khalil went on to obtain his Doctorate degree in Optometry at Western University of Health Sciences. Dr. Khalil developed an excellent training throughout school for primary eye care and treating and managing ocular diseases. Dr. Khalil enjoys working with patients in his community to deliver the best eye care possible

Patients can find him in our El Cajon office on Sundays.
